By providing your phone number, you agree to receive marketing and appointment-related messages from V Spa. Message frequency may vary based on your appointments.

You may receive up to 3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and feedback).

2. Booking Policy

Appointments can be scheduled through our website.

Clients may optionally provide valid contact information for confirmations and reminders.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability or emergencies. You will be notified promptly.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or suspension of booking privileges.

4. Late Arrivals

Arriving late may reduce the length of your session out of respect for the next client.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, with applicable fees still charged.

5. Health and Safety

You must inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before the session begins.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe massage may be unsafe for your condition.

6. Conduct Expectations

Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward misconduct.

7. Payment

Prices are clearly listed during the booking process.

Payment will be collected in person at the time of service.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and collect only the necessary data to manage your booking.
